All in-stock orders will be shipped within five (5) days of receiving cleared payment. In the case of custom orders, items will not be shipped until payment has been received in full.
Creative Nostalgia tries to use the most economical method of shipping. Most packages travel via USPS Priority Mail. Larger, bulkier items will be sent via UPS Ground.
All items will be packed carefully to avoid damages during shipping. Creative Nostalgia is not responsible for shipping damages. Please purchase shipping insurance if you are concerned with a safe delivery.
Returns: Creative Nostalgia does not accept returns of custom orders. All in-stock items come with a thirty (30) day return window. Buyer is responsible for all associated shipping costs as well as a 10% restocking fee. Refunds for returned items will be processed within five (5) business days from receipt of the returned item.
Cancellation Policy for in-stock items: You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment. If the order is cancelled within one (1) hour of placing it, there will be no associated fees. However, once the item is pulled, there will be a ten percent (10%) restocking fee assessed. Orders may not be cancelled once they have shipped. Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued within three (3) business days.
Cancellation Policy for custom orders: A fifty percent (50%) deposit is due up front for all custom orders. You may cancel your order within twenty-four (24) hours to ensure a full refund of the deposit. Refunds will be issued within three (3) business days of your cancellation. Once a custom order is in production, you will forfeit your deposit if you decide to cancel the order.
